Kurt has enjoyed an active career in real estate for over 15 years. Prior to becoming an agent, he worked as a Toronto Police Detective. Born in Sudbury and raised in the Toronto area, Kurt started his entrepreneurial journey early by launching a landscaping business at 18 and owning a Sooters photo franchise in his 30s. Although he studied to become a real estate agent early on, he applied to join the Toronto Police Service on a whim and served the community for over 32 years before retiring at 50 to start an encore career in real estate.

Kurt's passion for real estate led him to form The Diener Team, with his wife and two sons as members. He has bought, held, and sold numerous real estate investments, renovated and flipped multiple properties, and purchased pre-construction homes and condos. Kurt's personal experience of taking financial risks in real estate has taught him to treat his clients' investments with utmost care and to work tirelessly to ensure every transaction is a smart investment for them.

Kurt's hard work and dedication have earned him numerous awards as a Realtor, including the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Platinum Club Awards for excellence in sales performance.
