Our service includes your property listed on the Toronto Real Estate Board Multiple Listing Service (MLS)--the largest online database of available real estate in the Greater Toronto Area. This website is accessible by every real estate agent in the area, each with (on average) 4 clients potentially looking for a place just like yours. MLS listings contain complete and detailed information about the property such as list price, room sizes, inclusions and exclusions, full colour photographs, and more. This listing data is also syndicated to the general public through sites like MLS.ca (Realtor.ca) and hundreds of other websites.

COMPLIMENTARY HOME STAGING CONSULTATION 
Studies have proven that staged homes seller faster and attract more money than their un-staged competitors. We include a complimentary home staging consultation for all of our listings in order to create maximum buyer appeal for your home.

COMPLIMENTARY HANDYMAN SERVICES
We know that getting your home ready for sale can be extremely stressful on top of your already busy lives. We will talk together about what’s involved and help you tackle the work with 4 hours of complimentary handyman services. We can also help connect you to other resources such as plumbers or electricians. Unlike most other Realtors, we roll up our sleeves and help you get the job done!

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY & ONLINE VIRTUAL TOUR
When your home is showcase-ready, we'll hire a professional photographer to showcase your property with still and panoramic (360-degree) colour photography. These photos are uploaded to an online virtual tour system called OBEO. We’ve carefully chosen this system for its strong web traffic ranking, automatic YouTube videos, and slick interface.

PROACTIVE PROSPECTING
There are only two ways to find a buyer: One, you can wait for them to find you, or two -- you can proactively go out and find them. We maximize both reactive and proactive approaches to finding that perfect buyer. Many DIY brokerages will tell you that open houses are unnecessary, but this is definitely not the case in our opinion. Open houses are an extremely important opportunity to maximize traffic through your home, answer buyer and agent questions on the spot, and highlight the features of a property to prospective buyers.
